Q.What are the requirements to rent a car from ClickDrive?

To rent a car, you must have a valid driving license, Emirates ID or Passport, a valid visa for residents or visitors, and a credit card or an approved payment method.

Q.Can a car be rented without insurance?

No, all ClickDrive cars are covered by basic insurance according to UAE laws, with the option to add comprehensive insurance for an additional fee.

Q.What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours, with daily, weekly, or monthly offers available depending on availability.

Q.Can the car be picked up and dropped off at a different location?

Yes, we provide pickup and delivery services at various locations within the UAE for an additional fee.

Q.What happens in case of a delay in returning the car?

An additional fee is charged based on the duration of the delay, according to the terms of the rental agreement.

Q.Can I cancel the reservation?

Yes, the reservation can be canceled according to the approved cancellation policy, and fees may apply in some cases.

Q.Is someone else allowed to drive the car?

Only drivers registered in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the car. Any violation may result in fines or cancellation of insurance coverage.

Q.Do the prices include fuel?

No, the car is delivered with a specific amount of fuel and must be returned at the same level.

Q.Can the car be used outside the UAE?

No, the car is allowed to be used only within the borders of the United Arab Emirates.

Q.What should I do in case of an accident?

In case of an accident, you must immediately contact the police, obtain an official report, and then inform ClickDrive directly.

Q.Can a driving license issued outside the UAE be used?

Yes, citizens of 43 nationalities can use their home country's driving license while visiting the UAE or exchange it for a UAE driving license upon residency.

Traffic Fines Information

All traffic fines registered during the rental period are the renter's responsibility. The renter is notified of the violation, and the amount is deducted from the insurance deposit, with potential administrative fees depending on the type of violation.

Rental Information

All cars include basic insurance, with comprehensive coverage available for an extra fee. The security deposit is refunded after the rental period ends within a specified time, minus any fines or damages. There is a daily mileage limit, and extra charges apply for exceeding it.
