Terms of Service

Valid driver's license (held for at least 6 months).

Minimum age of 23 years (may vary by car category).

Emirates ID (for UAE residents) or Passport with Valid Visa (for tourists).

The renter must pay a security deposit of 2000 AED or more before renting the vehicle. This amount will be returned 15 days after returning the vehicle.

If the customer wishes to extend the rental contract duration, the rental value will be calculated at the daily rate for each new rental day.

If the renter returns a vehicle on a monthly contract before the specified period ends, the rent will be recalculated based on the daily rate.

The renter is committed to paying an annual compensatory interest of 30% on any overdue amount.

In case of procrastination or delay in paying financial dues, they shall bear a fine of 40,000 AED.
